Long Past Our Bedtimes

We are here at Oxford! It has been a long journey, but one that promises to have been worth it. As the day progressed, students began to trickle in until all of the students participating in part 1 had arrived. Besides for some interrupted airplane naps, I believe most of us have been up for over 30 hours. I know I am personally about to hit the 36 hour mark. This probably meant that I spend the afternoon attempting more corny jokes than probably should have been allowed. Nevertheless, most of us stayed very alert throughout the day.

Our home for the next 3 1/2 weeks.

To keep active, several of us walked through the city looking for food and various supplies.

Ben acting as a sherpa. Apparently he is very good at it.

Tomorrow will be our first day of class. It will also be our first time visiting Hertford College where we will be having all of our classes. It should be a great first day!
